Many Saudis choose to study and live in the UK, now they have their own radio station.

The FM radio station will be broadcasting live every Monday from 5pm to 6pm (GMT). It’s been set up by four students from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. “Mobta3th Voice Radio” went on air for the first time on March 1 and was proved to be well-liked with over 200 messages from listeners.

The FM radio station will be broadcasting the concerns, activities and musical interests of the Saudi students living in the UK.

“To begin with, the project did not cost us as much and relying on the team’s media experience has helped a lot in saving money and time” Said Fawaz Al Reemi, a PhD candidate in inorganic chemistry and media manager of the radio station.
