Local reports say that the mandatory registration for identity cards that usually took a whole day will now be done within five minutes – as promised by officials. Also, officials say that they will increase the number of registration centers and that now 20,000 applicants’ registrations will be processed in a day instead of 7,000.

Furthermore, instead of going from one office to another i.e. going to get medical check-up, visiting immigration department and several other governmental offices – applicants will have to go to only one place and the process will be over within five minutes. Officials also promise that these changes will come to due affect within two weeks.
