Martha to launch magazine in the Middle East

Martha Stewart has been a source of inspiration for women all over the world for several years now. Good news for women belonging to the Middle East is that the US lifestyle guru soon intends to expand her magazine publishing business into the region.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSLO), established in 1997 to manage the Martha Stewart brand name, intends to continue with the international expansion programme undertaken in recent years by entering the Middle East. The expansion programme is in line with the growing popularity of Martha in the international market.

Martha Stewart is not new to this market as she recently launched Everyday Food and Martha Stewart Weddings in Dubai. Each issue of the magazine would not only provide readers with international editions features and editorial from the US edition, but also aim to provide regional content. Martha Stewart brand also includes a TV show, bestselling books, and crafts and lifestyle products.

The strategic expansion in Middle East market is likely to add some spice to the lives of women in this region as it would satisfy their need for entertainment and provide useful tips to improve their lifestyles. As Martha gets closer to Middle Eastern women, it could also provide them an inspiration to take charge of their lives and show initiatives to make inroads in all spheres of life.
