India: Hundreds of motor sports enthusiasts have gathered for the festival of speed in Coimbatore in the southern Indian state of Tamilnadu. Could the right one be out there to join the Force India F1 team?

While the enormous crowed are drinking cold drinks and enjoying their snacks many young racers are preparing to burn some rubber on the track. Armaan Ebrahim is a 21 year old man whose dream is to be part of the top form motorsport, the Formula 1 (F1) championship

Ebrahim is not too far away from fulfilling his dream, he is currently in the international F2 circuit which is not too far from reaching his goal; F1. And the most important thing is that the fans have faith in him to be the next Indian F1 driver which he sees as a huge support.

Racing is still a new sport in India and is getting recognized mostly among young people. By knowing that half of the population is under the age of 25 there is no doubt that the potential for growth is huge. Another relevant factor for the financial future of the sport is that India’s economy is rapidly growing.

The Force India F1 team is based in Silverstone in Northamptonshire, England and has several good players, but now the country’s racing fans are demanding a local driver in the team. Could Ebrahim be the lucky one?
”I don't think it's be long before we see an Indian driver in Formula 1," stated the chief operating officer of Force India, Otmar Szafnauer.
